APA continues to save at-risk DAC homeless animals while also keeping struggling families and pets together.
Since May 2012, we have rescued more than 6000 animals in Dona Ana County. Our Pet Food Bank distributes more than 100,000 pounds of food yearly to needy families. Our PAWS prison dog training program has rehabbed and trained hundreds of shelter dogs and is a state model for such programs. Our volunteers and fosters have logged tens of thousands of hours caring for our animals and providing support to people in our community.
At this time, we are running a focused campaign on increasing our monthly donors to 1000 to help us sustain our operations, continue to rescue animals without interruption from our animal shelter and the community, while also working to grow for the future generations so APA can continue its work beyond our founding members. That said, ALL of your contributions are greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your support!!
